the finish line is in sight
We apologize for the gap between posts, we have been extremely busy with all the things that the final months of construction brings! The building is looking fantastic, and all those pieces are coming together very nicely (see photos below).
It is now looking like we may have our certificate of occupancy as early as the week of October 24th, at which time we will begin outfitting the place with decor and furnishings. If we stay on target, we may get the pleasure of leasing apartments to those who need them somewhere around mid to late November.
We have been focusing a lot lately on finalizing the ins and outs of the programming part of this unique housing. We are also finalizing the mapping out our referral systems, and recruiting/hiring new team members!
We are also beginning to make plans for our Open House, to which we will invite the nearby neighbors, partners, officials, etc. We will have those invites out as we get a little bit closer to opening. We have a virtual video tour planned for those who are not able to attend the Open House in person, or for those just interested in learning about Rogue Ridge. The video will rolled out just before the program opens, and it will be shared here as our final Rogue Ridge Community Cares post, and will also be available on our ColumbiaCare website, as well as our social sites. Keep an eye out for that!
