Making progress! On June 30th, 2020 we closed escrow with all funding sources, and since have:
Next steps: We anticipate obtaining remaining building permits within the next 2 weeks and plan to begin framing towards the end of August!
We have provided some images of the layout of the buildings below for those who would like get a glimpse of what will soon be coming to life!
- Installed a safety/security fence around entire work site
- Added a portable site office building to the site.
- Began site and utility/infrastructure work which will continue into August
- Obtained "foundation” permits to allow foundation work to take place over the next few weeks
- Had our first lumber shipment for framing delivered to the site
